I am sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience with BetterDocs. Regarding the design, we are offering different layouts for both Docs Landing and Single Docs pages. Besides, you have plenty of other options to change the styling options as per your requirements from the Customizer. So, just saying we got only color pickers seems a bit harsh.

Besides, we have been preparing a new release for BetterDocs within the next few days which would give users even more flexibility to customize their Knowledge Base (Adding/changing Title, Description, Hover effects, and many others). It would have been better if you had asked the support team before posting a negative review here.

We always listen to our client’s feedback and try to add the features they want as soon as possible. So, all you had to is ask us. Anyways, regarding the icons, we are currently using SVGs for the icons for categories. But it’s possible to add an Icon Library so that you can pick from them and then, style them any way you want. We can add this as soon as possible if you want it. So, would it be okay if we add this in our version and you would consider changing the rating since I am finding this review a bit unfair?

You’re right, that was a bit unfair. It’s not a bad plugin. I just got frustrated trying to do something and failing, and got a bit angry. I changed the rating
