Annoying and intrusive Marketing

  • Plugin is fine. Does the job and is trouble free.

    Marketing is very annoying – polluting your WordPress site with messages that can’t be removed until a review is left. When I have time to find an alternative I will switch to it – but only because the Marketing for this plug-in is cack-handed and intrusive.

    We are sorry that the plugin did not meet all expectations. But we want to note that we are not forcing our users to write a review – it is optional. The plugin has almost 70.000 active installations and there are about 170 reviews.

    The message to add a rating can be turned off with no obstacles. Closing with the close icon (in the upper right corner) disables the message for a month. Closing with the Do not show again button closes the notice for 10 years.
