    Email summaries are disabled in settings but I still keep getting them.

    How do I make these stop?

    Hey @sb1202 – Thanks for reaching out!

    The summary email you’re seeing should contain a link to the website from where it’s getting generated. We have seen that if there’s a staging copy of the website hosted on a test server, it can generate the summary email even though on the live website the option is disabled.

    When you have some time, can you please click on the link and check if it’s coming from a different source where the option needs to be disabled?
