    Hi @ronbpalmer , it means then that you have an error on your site that prevents it from being dismissed. We’re happy to take a look, but if you check your PHP error logs and/or debug log, you will likely see a problem preventing the preference from being saved.

    Any chance you could open a support ticket on our site so we can fix it for you? It’s certainly not standard behaviour, and it’s not really fair to have a 1 star review based on an error happening outside of our plugin.
