Hi, I have a small problem: I noticed that when the popup is very large and is positioned at the top with a border of a few px (I used 20 px), during the entry animation the pop up is as if it quickly passes from 0 px from the top and then to 20 px, creating a visually annoying effect. Is there a way to solve this problem? Because the only solution at the moment would be to position it at 0 px from the top of the page. The problem is more evident in mobile mode.
    I await your response,
    Thanks for your support

    Hi @giusragno,

Do you mean the page shifts when the popup opens?

Could you try the solution we outlined here: Why Does My Site Shift, Jump, Move, or Skip When a Popup Displays?

Let us know how it goes. ??

Hi! No, I didn’t mean the page moving, but the pop-up itself when I open it, for a fraction of a second it’s as if it opens without a border at the top, then immediately it positions itself in the set position.

    Hi @giusragno,

Thanks for the response. We only noticed the page shifts when opening the popups.

    See our test here: https://share.zight.com/bLuvL2KQ

We suggest trying the solutions in the article to see if that helps.

thanks a lot for the report, in all browsers (Edge, Chrome and Safar) of my pc (mac mini) I have not encountered this problem. I had already set the Body Padding Override to 0 px and the problem seemed to be solved, but perhaps on other devices it still gives this problem. I will try to intervene on the CSS code.

Anyway, the problem I was referring to is especially found in the mobile version:

When the pop-up opens it is as if for a few fractions of a second it jumps to the top.

    Hi @giusragno,

Thanks a lot for the video!

It looks like the container is trying to reposition to accommodate content inside due to the screen size. You can disable repositioning in your popup settings > Display > Advanced > Disable Repositioning.

Let us know if that works. ??
