Annoying notice with rate request

  • I have Neve Pro and they continually asking for rate! Guys, I already rated you by buying your product, do not bore me with your rating requests!

    I patiently dismissed it a few times but it is not disappearing forever.

    Ok, here is your star. Hope after this that notice will dismiss finally.

    Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We don’t want to annoy anyone with any notice, that’s why the notice is dismissable. I’ve just tried it on a couple of WP instances, plus a multisite, and couldn’t replicate your issue with the notice reappearing after dismissing it, so maybe it’s a special context in which this happens. If you think there is something specific to your instance that could help us debug this, we would appreciate it if you would let us know.

    I think what he means is: when he logs out, and comes back a day or two later, or after clearing the cache, the notice is back again.
