Annoying Notices

    Hell, with recent update of plugin. i am getting popup notices in admin continuously, ( e.g Welcome to Version 2.3.8! …..). This is on all pages, rather dashboard, AIO SEO page, settings, Plugins, comments, ALL pages. This is very annoying. When i click dismiss, it dismiss temporarily & when i go to any other page ( in admin ) these shows again.
    This is happening only with AIO SEO plugin
    I checked disabling all plugins – no avail
    No js error in console.

    Please let me know how to fix this.

    This is typically caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Try deactivating all other plugins and switch to the default Twenty Sixteen theme and see if the notices go away.
