Sorry for the issue you are facing but it seems like there is some server-side (or plugin-based) issue that is preventing the dismiss button from working.

Did you try clearing the caches and then try?

No, this reminder starts again and again on 10+ webs, like once daily on first admin login. Even closing it there are no console or debug errors.

It is dismissed temporary, next time (could be in one week again)

There is no patch needed on our end but the issue probably lies with your server’s cache settings:
