  • Hey @fahimmurshed – Thanks for contacting us!

When clicking on the “I already link” it will open the site in a new tab, but if you reload the page, the message should be there. When you have sometime, can you please try clearing the cache and reload the page and see if that fixes the issue?

Please let me know how it goes!

    Kindly,

Hey @fahimmurshed – I hope clearing the cache helped fix the issue, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

How in the world could you label this as “Resolved” when the problem is still happening! Have you tried to reproduce the problem and examine it for yourself? This is not a problem with the cache. This is a problem with your plugin’s code. Examine the screenshot and attempt to replicate it on a website with a brand new installation of WordPress.

Additionally, refrain from marking the issue as resolved until you have heard back from the person who started the thread. This is the epitome of complete and utter lack of professionalism on the part of a well-known organization. Make the request to your development team so that they may solve the issues. When I click on the “I Already did” button/URL link, why does the website appear in a new tab instead of the one it was in before? The message ought to be removed/disappear, and it will not appear again under any circumstances. However, this is not how things really function, even if it is how they should.

Have a wonderful day ahead of you.

Hey @fahimmurshed – Thanks for following on this ticket, and I apologize for the confusion!

The issue you’re facing with the “I already did” I’ve reported this to our developers, and they’re looking into this.

Thanks for your patience, and we will be back in touch with you soon!

@kmacharia and @prashantrai, no it is not solved! Refer to this video https://d.pr/v/Q7H1zJ

Hi @fahimmurshed – Jumping here on behalf of Prasant and Kenneth.

It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms on your site. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance??

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!
