Anonymous author

  • Hello!

    Im having a little issue, and i wonder if anyone knows something about it.

    My site is using this plugin and the Social plugin, both together.

    All seems alright, both working together, but the issue comes when someone comment as anonymous (doesnt fill name nor e-mail). Then, the Social plugin shows the author name as “Anonymous”, but the BWP Recent Comments shows author’s name as an empty field (nothing).

    Is there a way to get BWP Recent Comments to show author’s name as “Anonymous” when the writer leaves name field empty?

    Is there a way to do the following:

    – I would like to hide the characters that surround the comment. { }

    – Currently the date is clickable and goes to comment.
    Can we make the Comment text clickable instead?
    I would also like to reduce size of date and un-bold.

    Can this be done via CSS? if so where can i find that?

    Any help with this is appreciated. thanks!

    Hi there,

    You can go to Template Settings in the plugin’s admin page, and you should be able to customize how your comment list would look like.
