On my donation forms, if a user is logged in, they have the option to decide if they want their donation to be anonymous or not. If a user is not logged in (or doesn’t have an account) the anonymous box is checked automatically and can’t be unchecked.

Tested on Edge and Chrome browsers. Tried cycling the feature off then back on but didn’t help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @newhopeyouth,

    Happy to help you!

It usually happens when you have some caching on your site. It can be a plugin or a server cache. I could not access your website to test it.

In this case, you need to make sure that all the pages related to GiveWP are whitelisted from your cache systems (it depends on the service you are using: a plugin or server). The URL includes:

any page with a donation form on it and/or the donation form URL itself
    the /donation-confirmation/ page
    the /donation-failed/ page
    the /donation-history/ page
    the /recurring-donations/ page (if applicable)

After that, clear your browser’s cache and access the donation form again.

Please let us know if you have further questions on this or need any additional assistance!
