    Hello

    I have a website. When I ask for a review the customer can choose to display:
    Full name or just initials. Is it possible to deactivate the possibility to publish a review under full name? (The customers are patients, and the review should be anonymous)

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    There isn’t an option to remove the full name option in the aggregated review form. The customer will decide to publish their name when submitting a review, they can choose Anonymous on their own.

    No, the pro version also does not support removing the full name option.
