• Hi there,

I have just installed your plugin to see if it works for my association.

I’m trying to get anonymous voting, which I can only get by checking “Guest” in the Vote Permissions. The problem I have found is users can vote multiple times with the same wordpress user. Am I missing something?

I think there should be an option to set every poll either anonymous or public, so the log (and the results) would register who has voted but not what he/she voted.

Thank you very much for your help and work.

    Tato

Hi! Thank you for your quick reply.

We will consider upgrading to the pro version, which is really very affordable. Thank you for offering a very sensible price and sharing a great working free version of the plugin ??

    Hello YOP,

I need help with using the “Block Voters” feature in the pro version.
What I want is each guest user can only vote once, and when refreshing the page the voting is blocked for the guest user, Tried achieving so by IP but without any luck.
    Can you please assist?

    Thank you

While limiting the number of votes for guest users is not 100% safe, having “Block Voters” to “By Cookie”, “By Ip” and “By Fingerprint” should prevent duplicate voting.

    PS
We have replied to your email but it bounced back
