We have just installed the plugin and all is fine for registered users, however for anonymous unregistered website users the cookie consent does not work and fails with ‘We could not verify the the security token. Please try again.’ when trying to access https://example.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php. I have searched but other than potential issues with wordfence and cache plugins (i have attempted to disable both to no avail)i have been unsuccessful. We also use google two factor on accounts and have also tried with this plugin disabled.

    Thanks for your help
    Andrew

    Hi Fernando,
It is definitely Woo Commerce doing it. I tried the new updated GDPR plugin with woo plugin enabled and still failed, however when i disable Woo the cookie acceptance works fine without issue. Any other ideas as to what this issue is with Woo?

For all those having the same issue try disabling woocommerce and then try after clearing cache in browser.

    Regards

1.3.4 should have fixed it for woo. It worked on my tests. If you are using some caching plugin, make sure you clear cache.

    I will perform more tests.

    Hi guys,

Update the plugin to 1.3.4 and still fails with Woo activated, disable Woo, cleared cache with W3 total cache and browser cache and works fine, enabled Woo and still fails ??

I am in the process of testing this out again. I don’t know the reason why WooCommerce manipulates this but I hope they got a really good one.

    Hi Fernando,

Just noticed I have the same problem and plugin at version 1.3.4 !

    Running woocommerce.

I’m pushing 1.3.5 live now guys. I tested it a lot. Tested on multiple computers, multiple browsers. This got to work for you.

    Yess! It’s working!

    Thank you so much Fernando.

A little notice, at first it wasn’t working but I cleared my cache and it worked after that.

I’m the one who needs to thank you all for collaborating with this plugin. It would take way longer to figure out this WooCommerce issue if it wasn’t for you all.

Btw, if you are feeling extra happy, an honest review of the plugin would help us a lot.

Have a good weekend everyone. Let me know if there’s anything more I can do for you.

Hurra! It’s working, thx bro ??
