Another 500 Internal Server Error

    I’ve tried everything I could find

    1. Manually updated WordPress
    2. Manually updated theme
    3. Renamed plugins folder via ftp, then deleted it
    4. Renamed current theme via ftp to force it to use a different one
    5. Restored database

    Website functions but still shows plugins need updating (maybe because of wp-admin not updating the fact they’re gone?). When I view the website, I can see the admin bar at the top.

    Any ideas?
