Another Avada conflict with Fusion Slider

  • I already reported conflict in Avada with Responsive Grid layout. This note is regarding a conflict with Avada embedded slider called Fusion Slider.

    Fusion Slider is a bundled plugin that comes with the Fusion Core in Avada. When Advanced Recent Posts (ARP) is enabled, it steps on the Fusion Slider selection in the Admin panel on left column. The ARP selection takes its place.

    When ARP is disabled, the Fusion Slider reappears.

    Fortunately, when needing to create or edit a Fusion slider or slide, I am able to disable the ARP, do the edits, then reenable ARP. However, there is a down period where users/visitors to the site just see ugly code where the ‘Recent posts’ should be.

    Unfortunately, I can’t ensure compatibility of my plugin with premium themes or premium plugins, because these themes or plugins are not available in public.
