• Hi,

For a long time, another blog (someone we know, not too much of an issue) were automatically reposting our content on their blog.

We’ve recently rebuilt the site under a .co.uk domain name rather than the .com we had, and now redirected the .com to the .co.uk. I thought this would also stop the reposting to this other site, but is still happening – we are not credited for the posts, and we imagine it is stealing a good amount of traffic.

Is there a way to block it from happening? I’ve scanned the forums here but havn’t been able to find anything.

Any help on this would be much appreciated!

    Thanks, Rob.

Esmie – thankyou for that link, interesting and useful.

Does anyone know if there is a way simply to block it though – it is an automatic thing, this other website instantaneously pulls new articles from our site and publishes them without any credit or link back.

Surely there must be a way of simply blocking it?

    Thanks!

You could try using something like the Bad Behaviour plugin and try blocking it using ip.
