    So I’ve a problem on my Ecwid cart page:
    https://yougothelp.today/cart/

    It is that during creation of a cart page, I see that there is leftover HTML code from what appears to be trying to open up a product browser:

    ’ no_html_catalog=’1′ widgets=’productbrowser’]

    There is nothing corresponding in the editor’s layout view (i.e. more than one Ecwid widget besides the Cart and Checkout). Nor in the HTML code editor:

    <!-- wp:paragraph {"align":"center"} -->
    <p class="has-text-align-center"><strong>Give peace-of-mind a chance.</strong></p>
    <!-- /wp:paragraph -->

    <!-- wp:separator -->
    <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>
    <!-- /wp:separator -->

    <!-- wp:ec-store/cart-page /-->

    <!-- wp:separator -->
    <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>
    <!-- /wp:separator -->

    <!-- wp:paragraph {"align":"center"} -->
    <p class="has-text-align-center"><strong>We're committed to quality, integrity, and positive outcomes for you as our client.</strong></p>
    <!-- /wp:paragraph -->

    <!-- wp:image {"align":"center","id":184,"sizeSlug":"full","linkDestination":"none"} -->
    <figure class="wp-block-image aligncenter size-full"><img src="https://yougothelp.today/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/s7-maxv-ultra-3-1654701782-1-edited.jpeg" alt="" class="wp-image-184"/></figure>
    <!-- /wp:image -->

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Oh. I notice the same issue (slightly different code) here:
    https://yougothelp.today/open-a-new-ticket/

    ’ hasCustomCSS=” customCSS=” widgets=’productbrowser’]

    I checked the Customize option in the Admin menu at the top of the page, the additional CSS box is empty.

    Hi again,

    We have noticed that you use the Otter – Page Builder Blocks & Extensions for Gutenberg plugin – most likely, the issue is caused by the conflict between Ecwid and Otter blocks plugins.

    Our developers found a workaround: on the edit page, in the Otter plugin options, you need to disable “Enable Block Condition Module”, screenshot: https://take.ms/gR71J.

    This issue is already reported to our developers and they are investigating it. Additionally, we’d recommend reporting the issue to Otter – Page Builder plugin developers so that they could check it on their end as well.

    Please, let us know if you have more questions.

    Hi there,
    The 2nd post worked after disabling the option and updating the pages. Thank you!
