Another Login ?

I just installed my wordpress successfully… the problem is I can’t log in. This is the page that shows up in my address bar after I click to log in:

https://ginasquietspot.com//ginasquietspot///reflections/wp-login.php

I realize that it should go to this page:

https://ginasquietspot.com/reflections

I even did a re-install to make sure it wasn’t part of that process… Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this problem?
