Hello, everyone. My first day with a WP install, and I’ve jumped in feet first with an attempt at a custom theme. At one point it appeared that I was almost there, as my page was showing up nearly perfect – the posts were showing etc, but there was a note about an error. I thought I fixed that, but now the page won’t show at all. I get this message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/rabsaul/public_html/wp-content/themes/tg-wptheme/index.php on line 31

I’ve mostly been copying and pasting from the default theme, while also trying to do the multi-column (one column per major category) thing described here:

    https://www.cre8d-design.com/blog/2006/03/09/wordpress-tutorial-blog-posts-in-different-columns/

… but I must be overlooking something in the default theme’s code. (I didn’t copy and paste all of it, as I’m still working up to what I want to include in my theme.)

I used the pastebin. Here’s the link:

    TIA for any help.

    tim
