another Plugin Breaks shortcode in menu when activated

I installed 2 days ago Max Mega Menu.After I enable it (appearance->Menu->Max Mega Menu Settings->enable) my shortcode in the main navigation becomes text and doesnt display the element anymore.
here is what the author of max mega menu said:
