Another problem with Visual Editor

  • Like many others I have lost the visual editor after upgrading to 3.9. Problem exists in all browsers. I took the following steps:

    1) deactivated plugins
    2) switched to default theme
    3) emptied cache

    Still not loading correctly.

    Followed the instructions on this post to locate problem:

    I turned on script debugging. The visual editor was immediately back. It also worked with all the plugins reactivated.

    The post says to turn off script debugging and report on the forum that debugging solved my problem.

    Not my theme, not plugins, so what do I do next?
