Another stupid question

  • I have imported all of my settings from another server and theme and have one problem that I cannot seem to get around.

    Where is the homepage?

    There are some things that I want to look at changing and I cannot find the page anywhere.

    Hi Valleyjim

    Setting a homepage is exactly the same as all other themes. Create a page then go to Appearance -> Reading and assign a static homepage.

    Ok, I am a little confused…..

    I do not have an Appearance -> Reading option.

    I have a page that I can use as the homepage if I just enter the url for the page in the menu.

    If I create another page then (of course) I get a blank page. There appears to be a homepage included in the theme but I cannot see anywhere in the pages or anywhere else to access this page.

    I am sure that I am probably missing something very simple…..
