Another “theme” for “lo-level” admins ?

  • How can i make (or is it even possible) different layout/theme in adminns area (/wp-admin/)for another writers on my page ?

    I am admin off my site, but there are others that write to my site. I want to controll the stuff they see in admins area (/wp-admin/) when they login. And even redesign it.

    How can i do that ?
