Another way to manage the “Menus” ?

Hi,

I manage a website with Ubermenu which need to have tons and tons of dynamic items in his main menu (something like Amazon). The drag & drop style of the menu UI of WordPress is not at all the best way to do it.
When I add an item, I need to drag it from bottom of the page (which is so far), and search the right tab to put the item in it. It takes almost one or two minutes by items… And I need to place almost hundred.

That’s why I wonder if it exists a plugin or something that can change the Menus UI ?
I searched by myself but didn’t find one…
