Another way to manage the “Menus” ? (2)

My question doesn’t directly concern Ubermenu. It concerns only the original UI Menus of WordPress :

As you can see I want to create a very large menu, and it begin very difficult to manage.
When I add something to the menu, I need to scroll till the bottom of the page and drag and drop it in the right section, it’s really low and take sometime one or two minutes to reach the high of the menu with an element and place it… I wonder if it exists a solution (plugin or something I didn’t found) to move an element without drag it, just cut & paste it or set an order number for example.

Ubermenu’s support can’t help me about that in my opinion, because it’s the WordPress UI which is used to do the job, this plugin just add some items possibilites (by the way I’m in an internship and doesn’t have the licence key the company is using, so I can’t even ask for help…).
