    Hello.

    I report this since i saw that you did some work for Anspress compatibility.

    The Canonical link you create is not correct in the Anspress CATEGORIES. It shows always the same url (the url of the base page).

    It’s been almost a year since I last did the compatibility checks on AnsPress. Thanks for notifying me! I’ll take a look at it to see if I can fix it in the upcoming update ??

    Hi MassimoD,

    The fix is planned for 2.8.0, which will be released this month. I’ll keep you updated when the development update is available ?? I hope I can clear it this weekend.

    I’m sorry to inform you that this can’t be internally fixed, as the WordPress query can’t be determined.

    I’m tagging @nerdaryan (author of AnsPress) on this.

    Ok, BUT Yoast SEO shows that right. For some reason.

    These are the two reasons: 1 & 2.
    In other words: AnsPress supplies compatibility directly towards Yoast SEO.

    How this can be resolved is up to Rahul ??

    Strange, Rahul has never said he did something in favor of Yoast. Also ALL other canonicals work just fine !!!

    In any case, i trust you are right. Of cource you know better.

    I hope this can be resolved somehow in Anspress code. We will see.
