Answer support emails

Guys I have emailed numerous times now in over 1 week since I purchased all premium options and not a single email back. Do you even still exist? I have bugs that need sorting ASAP. can you reply to my emails or private message me on hear if it allows. Apart from the bugs the platform is very good, just daft things letting this platform down, after I paid and feel I don’t have time to start with another platform.
