Answering a question before accessing a file

We would like to have members answer a question before they can access a file, and have the questions either emailed to a specific recipient or have the answers stored in the WP database. Does CM Download Manager support this feature?

Specifically, we’re looking for people to answer the following type questions:

1. Are you a a) teacher b) professor c) researcher

2. Are you planning to use this document for a) personal/school studies b) studies to publish.
