• Hello,

I have noticed the following problem :

In one of the answers in a quiz, I had inserted a link, something like :

    <a href="some-url-to-some-website.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> blabla </a>

Then, when running the quiz, even if that answer was checked, it was not registred as checked (the amount of points was not correct).

After removing the link inside the answer, everything was ok again.

Is it a known problem ? Is there something special I have to do in order to insert a link inside an answer ?

    Thank you for helping.

    Adren

  • Hi @adrenmaths,

May I know, what Answers type you were using to insert the anchor tag inside the answers? Is it Text answer type or Rich Answer type. The anchor tags works inside Rich Answers text.

    Let me know.

    Hi Kriti,

    It was Rich Answer type.

Maybe the problem comes from the fact that the answer includes also LaTeX commands ?

Here is the answer without anchor :

si \[A\] est fini et intègre, alors \[A\] est un corps

and here is the version with an anchor :

    si \[A\] est fini et <a href="https://math-os.com/lettre-i/#int%C3%A8gre" target="_blank" rel="noopener">intègre</a>, alors \[A\] est un corps

In the former case, the points are computed correctly
In the latter, they are not : that question is not taken into account, whatever the users decides (to check it or not).

    Cheers,
    Adren

    Hi @adrenmaths,

I checked your requirements on my staging. When we use Latex commands along with the anchor tags in the answers, the points are not computed correctly.

However, if you want to get this implemented I can forward this to the development team as the feature request.

    Kindly let me know.

    Kriti

Please let me know what the dev team thinks about that question.

And especially if it’s a known bug that is expected to be corrected in the next release.

    Cheers,

    Adren.

    Hi @adrenmaths,

Our development team is working on this issue and we will provide a fix hopefully in the upcoming release. I will let you know whenever we provide a fix for this.

    Kind regards,
    Kriti

    Hi @adrenmaths,

We have fixed this issue in the latest version of the plugin. Kindly update the plugin and let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Kriti
