Answers not appearing on Galaxy S4

I have a samsung s4 and samsung note 2. My faq list appears on both devices and the answers are visible on the samsung note 2, but… there are no answers that appear on the samsung s4 when I click on the question. It opens down, but there is nothing but blank white space. Any idea as to why??? I’m baffled. Thank you in advance.
