Anti-Crawler Protection Scaring Clients

My client is seeing ‘Anti-Crawler Protection is activated for your IP XX.XXX.XXX.XX’

This creates a poor user experience when they are trying to use their own site. Is there a way to shut this off? While I know the pre-screens are added security, all of my clients who see it instantly reach out complaning.

I stopped using Cleantalk Security because of those windows and on this site, I only have Cleantalk Anti-Spam.

If this only shows up on the login screen, I can explain that. But I”m wondering if it is showing up for visitors too.
