    Hi,

We have a Woocommerce website and we use DHL’s Woocommerce plugin to take orders from our website and automatically upload them to DHLs e-commerce back end.

The problem is, this does not work properly when Anti flood/anti crawler options are enabled in CleanTalk.

When this is enabled, imports will fail to complete properly (sometimes orders are missed, or information such as product weights are missed).

We have tried to add DHL IP addresses to the white list on the Clean Talk dashboard but anti-flood/anti crawler seem to ignore the whitelist altogether and will still block/throttle an IP even if it is on the white list.

    How do we fix this?

    Thanks,

    Matt
