• Hi guys,

From the 6.5.x versions, your plugin causes 404 – page not found redirection for W3 Total Cache plugin. When you try to Purge All Caches from the plugin option, your plugin causes the redirection to the 404 page and you need several times to click on that purge link in order to clear caches on your site.

We deactivated your plugin every time when we want to purge caches and after that, we activate it again, this is a little annoying.

Could you please check that problem? Thanks for your time

    Best regards,
    Nenad

    Hello.

It is not clear how our plugin throws a 404 error if you reset the cache in another plugin. You can show a screenshot of the 404 error (so that you can see the address bar). Do you reset the cache in the admin panel?

    Hi Artem,

When I updated your plugin to the latest version. The first issue I got is that other plugins update always cause error – update fail ( https://www.screencast.com/t/sExtIbdHxJtB ) and when you reload the page, plugins are updated but you got that error. After that, if you want to clear all caches https://www.screencast.com/t/xLCJp9KI through W3 Total Cache plugin then you will get https://www.screencast.com/t/wupa7dRHoC6 404 – page not found. I don’t know why but this happens. I tested this on 10+ domains and problems are the same.

When I deactivated your plugin (6.5.3 version), than everything works fine.

Other case if I don’t update your plugin to the latest version (5.5 activated) then plugins update work fine https://www.screencast.com/t/7vS1uM8GuRDa and also purge all caches https://www.screencast.com/t/QASFH5SWu4hE so problem is inside the latest plugin update. ??

I hope I explained to you now. If you need more information be free to ask me.

    Best regards,
    Nenad

I tried this on several sites and no problems. There may be a problem in the W3 Total Cache settings. To check this, try disabling the W3 Total Cache plugin and updating some plugin.

You also need to look at the PHP error logs. Can you turn them on, collect them, and send them to me?

    Hi Artem,

I will try further to inspect that problem. And I will inform you about results.

    Best regards,
