    Hi,
Thank you for a great plugin!

I have just installed your plugin and got it configured. I was just wondering about the JavaScript anti-spam. Google have now remover java from Chrome, so will this still work?

Also, when i send a message from Chrome the success message does not display. it is fine on IE11. I haven’t tested other browsers yet. I don’t have a redirect set, as i don’t have a thank you page.

    Hi,

Java and JavaScript are two different languages. PlanSo Forms as well as most modern websites and webapps are using JavaScript which will be available in all browsers for a long long time. So yes, it will still work.

As for the success message – could you point us to the form where you experience the problem?

    Cheers

    Hi,

Thank you for your response. I have activated anti-spam. :o)

    The form is on https://flexiscreens.com/contact

I also get a different result if i am logged into WordPress. This is a problem related to the caching plugin that i have running.

It may not be an issue, as the cache does slow down updating of pages.

    Regards,
    John.

Thank you for posting the link to your form. We did some tests and experience the same issue.

What caching plugin do you use? This is probably causing the missing success info as well as the saved user inputs if the form is missing data or has invalid data like an incomplete email address (i.e. test@email).

We’re using W3TC on our own site for caching and it works great, that’s why we’d love to know which caching plugin you use. This way we will be able to find a solution for that.

In the mean time you can check if it works better if you specify a thank-you page.

    Hi,

I am using W3TC as well. I have noticed that when i do some edits that it can take a long time for the update to actually be available on the web and that the update will be visible only when i am logged in to WP. The update will eventually show up in my browsers (Not logged in), but maybe takes a day?

    Regards,
    John.

I have now set the thank you page to redirect to our FAQs page and that is working fine.

W3TC is a completely different story as it really depends on the configuration which we can not cover here.

But great to hear it is working now for you!
