    Hi,

    your Plugin is working great.
Our Site is in German. And if German is active, we can’t change the “Encode contact data” Setting.
We activate the checkbox > press save > after refresh, the checkbox is unchecked again.

When we switch the Language to English, it works as expected.

Do you also experience this, or is it just here?

Thanks anyway for your great Plugin.
Finally, we can block bad Bots and Users for our Elementor Form.

    Best regards
    Mikkel

    Hello Mikkel.

We tested a German translation and I can confirm that the saving the “Encode contact data” option works fine.

    Please do the following:

    1. Deactivate the CleanTalk plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> enable “Complete Deactivation” —> Save Changes.
Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate
    2. Purge the site’s cache.

Did it help? If not, please contact us via our Support System:

    Thank you!
