Hi dear clean talk support team
We are having problems with the plugin on our website. It seems the protection is not working for some reason. For about 3 days now, all the spam registrations have been entering our website. In total, more than 300 registrations in 3 days. I wanted to know what is happening. We bought this plugin because it works very well, and now it is not working.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @cesii,

I’ve checked your form here https://www.inglesrapidito.com/acceso/ and I confirm that our protection does not work.

What plugin did you use to create the registration form? Please send us a link to this plugin.

We also received your ticket #47966 in our system and I also replied to you there.

We will be waiting for your reply.

    Hello @cesii,

Is this the correct link to the plugin?

Please, reset the plugin settings to the default values. The guide is here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/plugin-template

Then clear your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.

It should fix the issue. Did it help?

    Yes that’s the plugin

I reset the plugin and deleted the cache, but it still doesn’t work.

I see that the plugin has not many active installations for the past 12 years since it was released.
Could you tell why did you choose that unpopular plugin?

    Please, try this option:
WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the option “Check all POST data” to “On” → Save Changes.

Then clear your cache again and test your website form as a guest (not as an admin). Did it help?

I enabled the option and delete the cache again. It seems to be working, but still too many spam registrations continue to enter our website. More than 100 in 5 hours.

Please, mark records in your Anti-Spam Log if our service made the wrong decision:
? Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] → choose your website in the drop-down menu → there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record → mark records using these buttons.

    The guide is here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/feedback-spam

    Also, please, enable some options:
? Go to WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → enable the options Anti-Flood and Anti-Crawler → Save Changes.

Then clear your website cache again.

    Waiting for your reply.
