Any add on for facebook app? to post on wall?

    Just curious if their is a addon or plugin for WordPress that when you post on your wordpress if you can have it post on your facebook wall using your apps ID so lets say i had the add that would say posted via mywebsite.com it would post on my facebook wall with a link to my post i made on my wordpress and then have it say posted via mywebsite.com

    Not sure if their is a addon already or if maybe one of you wordpress add on makers could make us one?

    Sorry for broken English but im in a rush right now so i posted and typed kinda fast.
