any advice on finding a suitable plugin for email campaigns through user profile

Hi experts, I am looking for a plugin for email campaigns which can linked up with user profile:

With Ultimate Member plugin, I have created a custom user profile forms with some check-boxes as newsletter options for users (newsletter_type_1, newsletter_type_2 etc.), so I am wondering is there a plugin which can create email campaigns according to the existing user profile?

There are many email campaign plugins and I still haven’t find the one which can do that specified requirement.
