Any comment like plugins?

  • Most comment type/like plugins use WP’s comment system.

    Are there any that don’t besides ones like discuss and other popular default comment replacements? Configurable as far as appearance options.

    What I am trying to achieve.

    On the post page you have the post and the comments on a basic theme.

    I am looking to add a 3 tabbed section below the the post.

    comments (done!)

    another like comments with no reply option and a like/dislike vote.
    (edit/deletable by admin)

    Then a third just like the second where I can add some review type code (I have review code figured out)

    Of course it would have to be able to identify the post just like the comment system does.

    I do have Gravity Forms plugin.

    If not any guidance would be nice or contact info on someone that would like to give me a quote to achieve this.
