Any country is blocked

    I added the country NL to allow and I get this error:
    Country code NL is blacklisted (allow)

    When I choose Block, I get this error:
    Country code NL is blacklisted (block)

    Whatever I choose the country is blocked.

    Latest version: 0.10.2 it does work in previous version
