any email notifications

I’m having the same issue, but I’ve never received ANY email notifications. Tried different email addresses, no luck. My page: https://cwchorus.com/scholarships/scholarship-application/

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Forminator will use the native wp_mail() function, which means that if you are not receiving emails, there is a high chance that your WordPress emails are not working as well.

Please install the WordPress mail logging plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ then check if it shows as sent. If so and you still not receive them, I suggest using an SMTP plugin to prevent any email issues:
