    Hello,
I have been using your plugin for quite a long time and it’s so good. I don’t want to replace it, but lately I have been facing some strange issues.

Since the very beginning I have been using only the classical thumb-nail style galleries. It always worked great and still does, but now that I have a lot of galleries on a single page, I wanted to re-organize them. Unfortunately, none of other styles works.
I attach a screenshot so you can understand better, what’s the problem
    Screenshot
This is the page, where I am having the trouble
This is what happens when I try to choose compact album or advanced album
But i have so many of them. I don’t understand, why it doesn’t let me to choose any of it.

My Photo Gallery version is 1.3.69
    My WordPress version is 4.9.4

    Hi,
    1. You can decrease Max. number of image columns option from the shortcode, so Thumbnails will not occupy much space. Please see the following image.

    2. Slideshow does not load: Please could you activate this view on a page and sed a link to this Gallery? We will try to understand the problem.

    3. You should set up Image Width and the height will be applied automatically in accordance with a width in Image Browser view (Tile view).

    4. Could you please also publish Albums with Compact Album and Extended Album views, then send us the page link?

Thank you! Have a nice day!

    Thank you!
I did as you asked. I activated both Slideshow and Compact Album on this page.
    Please, scroll to the bottom.
I didn’t want to ruin the page for users if they open it, before the problem will be fixed, so I applied Slideshow and Compact views at the last albums.

Also just to be secure that we understood each other. Compact album and Extended album do load, so I’m not sure if you can track the problem from your side.

The problem is that when I apply them and then try to choose an album, the option “Album”, doesn’t let me to choose. Basically the album list is empty.
    As seen on this screenshot.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we still do not see the Slideshow view on your page.

Please make sure that you have created Albums in the Albums section.

    Please see the following image.

Thank you! Have a nice day!

Guys I don’t know why you cannot see it.
I do have a lot of galleries as seen on this screenshot.

Also, as I said I applied the “Slideshow” style to one of the galleries at the very bottom.
    Screenshot

I also tried to clear Cache and Minified CSS/JS. Maybe now you can see it.
Please let me know as soon as possible.

    Thank you so much!

    Hey there,

Sorry to disturb you, but I just wanted to ask if you found what was the problem with the “Slideshow” appearance.
    Thanks!

    Hi,

Please note that there is a conflict with Lazy Load Plugin, which causes the problem with Slideshow view.

Thank you! Have a nice day!

    Hi,

    You are most welcome!

If you enjoy using the plugin, we hope you can share your thoughts about it in the Reviews section.

Your kind contribution is highly important for our team!

Thank you in advance! Have a nice day!

Is Lazy Load something that is applied within your plugin? Can you advise me on where to find it. My gallery styles aren’t working either.

No, Lazy load is not applied with their plugin at all. It worked for me, because I had a “Lazy load” plugin activated for other reasons, and after deactivating it, everything started working properly.
Maybe you also have some plugin that has a “Lazy load option”? Try to check it, ad if there is, deactivate it.
