Any good Web Development-CSS forum?

    Could you guys suggest any great (and active) web development forum?

    I am trying to make a WP theme. I am not a web developer, I know only basic html and CSS and eager to know more about about it. Now, this forum is great and people are really helpful, but it’s not a good idea to bother you guys asking ‘stupid’ questions! ??
