So, for reasons, I have my Mastodon account set to post Unlisted by default. This means, however, that my auto-sharing of blog posts to my Mastodon account posts as Unlisted. Are there any hooks we can use through a custom function to set the post visibility on the auto-share to a Mastodon account? Thanks.

    Hi @bixfrankonis,

To change the default post visibility when auto-sharing to Mastodon through Jetpack, you would need to use a hook provided by the plugin that handles the sharing process. Currently, there isn’t a dedicated hook in Jetpack to modify Mastodon’s visibility settings directly.

As a workaround, you might need to adjust the settings within your Mastodon account itself, or look for a specific plugin or code snippet that provides this functionality.

I hope this helps, but if there are other questions, please let us know.
