Any hope on bringing back the checkboxes?

    Hey there! My client currently uses Widget Options to manage a series of sidebars on their internal pages. For each of these internal pages, some sidebars should be hidden and some of them should be shown.

    Recently (3.9.0 and onwards), the UI changed and replaced some checkboxes with multi select fields. These are a bit more difficult to read through and often more difficult to manage as well.

    I’ve noticed that, in the plugin code, the section that previously added the checkboxes has been commented out: https://webpagefx.mangoapps.com/msc/MTM4MjcyMV8xMjA4NDc2OQ

    Is there any hope that the checkboxes will make a return, either in place of the multi select field or as an option? It would be really convenient.

    Hey @ehungerford thanks for the feedback! We are designing a way currently to toggle between the two interface options after a few people expressed that that format was easier for them. So stay tuned for both to be available in one of our upcoming releases.

    Any updates on this? We use Widget Options to do sites with different locations broken out and the checkboxes made it so easy. Now with the search it’s almost impossible for sites with pages that have the same Page Titles in multiple different locations.
