Any ide on Custom Dimension

Does anyone know the correct syntax for reporting custom dimensions of variables in AMP through AMP & Glue? I’ve found the official documentation, but can’t figure out how to us it with the code Glue generates.
Specifically, I’m trying to point “Author” to Cd1.
