Any idea about my site?

guys please take a look at my site and am being tired of asking this question to whatever forum i visit.i even posted this a month or two before in wordpress support site.
my problem is that when i add an image to my post [caption id="attachment_467" align="alignleft" width="350" caption="Sample linux login page"] this text automatically adds up making my site totally frustrating.pls help me dudes.
