Any idea why my newly created Page doesn’t work?

    That would be in your webhosting account. If you have FTP set up, use your FTP program. If not use the file manager in your web hosting control panel.

    I will assume you know in which folder you installed WordPress (that is the root folder if your main WP page URL is just https://mydomain.com )

    Within that folder see if there is a folder named whatever page is causing the 404 error. That is what the other post is referring to. If there is, delete it. You of course want to make sure its empty before you delete it. Or just change its name to a name that is not the name of one of your WP pages
