    Hello,

Let me explain the context of my query first.

Taking pictures are often the physical side of the work. Basically if you have a better camera, lense, skill, light, backdrop etc. You get a better picture. Often than not the manual skill is important.
Then comes a horde lot of programs which help better the picture at the post level color grading, noise reduction, etc.
And finally how WooComm displays the pic on the platform.

But is there a digital utility which limits/enhances better picture taking of a product by even a novice user? Or lets say if a picture to be displayed on WooComm platform doesn’t meet certain criteria it will not be accepted. And I don’t mean just display size/file size/transparent bg/etc but more nuanced.

It could be product specific say for type of product garments/fmcg/cosmetics, size of product, etc etc.

    Any suggestions?

    AI with VI(Visual Int) ??

Not actually, I mean from a high level, to me, it seems possible. But nothing works until “Hello World” works ??

    Hi @ananddevops

Like WordPress, WooCommerce handles the images in a similar way by only having the option to show specific sizes. There isn’t a way within WooCommerce core to read photo information to restrict it from being added as a product image.

That said, there may be a way to create a custom solution that reads image information like size, date, or other data to restrict uploads, but that would require a developer.

We recommend one of the services listed on this page who can assist with any custom development work to create the certain restrictions for photo uploads.

    Hope this helps,
